The Process

Unique is our specialty. Scott can create that special item you are wanting for your home or vacation spot.  The artistic craftsmanship can bring your vision to life and produce a piece you will treasure for years to come.

You can order an item(s) you see in one of the galleries with the specifications and measurements provided, customize a particular piece(s), or share with Scott your special creative requests.  

       1.  Consultation

You can connect via phone, email, trade show event, or by appointment.  If you are unsure exactly how you want a furniture piece to look, you can review our portfolio showcasing some previously built items to help you gather ideas.  Your required measurements for the space or item(s) are important to have, and we welcome any photos or sketches.  We will help you determine a direction, trouble-shoot certain specifications and measurements, and if necessary, sketch your vision out.  Once you are happy with the design then we can proceed with the order placement requirements.

       2.  Order Placement Requirements

You will complete a standard information form for contact and storage information purposes, and a 50% deposit of the total order price will be required to start the process of your order.  Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, visa or master card.

3.  Building Process

Upon receipt of your deposit for the order placement, your item(s) will be added onto the production list.  We generally stay approximately 14-16 weeks out on all order placement completions.  As orders begin to travel through the building processes, we will contact you via phone or email as often as necessary to ensure that your order is being built to your specifications.

4.  Order Completion

We will notify you promptly via phone or email once your order has been completed.  Any balance remaining will be due at that time.  Arrangements for pick-up or delivery can also then be determined.  You will have the option to pick up at our work shop location in Waxahachie during normal business hours, or we can coordinate a timeframe at whichever First Monday Trade Days event works best for you.  If you prefer delivery of your item(s), we offer a local delivery option within the immediate Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex for a delivery fee (Fee charges vary dependent upon mileage, size of order, and set-up requirements). If you do not fall within our delivery area, we can provide you information on some optional companies that will handle deliveries for longer distances.
